Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the AniGirl Idle RPG mobile application or associated website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AniGirl Idle RPG (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AniGirl Idle RPG. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent to make in-app purchases.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the AniGirl Idle RPG application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Create derivative works based on the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

AniGirl Idle RPG includes virtual currencies (“Gems” and “Gold”) and other virtual items. Virtual currencies and items have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, real goods, or real services.

In-app purchases of virtual currency and items are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by the relevant platform's refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, control, or eliminate virtual currencies and items at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights.

You agree to use AniGirl Idle RPG lawfully and in good faith. You must NOT:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software (bots, scripts, hacks, mods) to gain an unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in chat or guild features
• Impersonate any person, entity, or AniGirl staff member
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or overburdens our servers or network infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network associated with the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious code
• Create accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

The Service may allow you to submit content such as player names, guild names, and chat messages (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not submit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information about another person without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

All content, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, code, and trademarks in AniGirl Idle RPG are the exclusive property of AniGirl Idle RPG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The licence granted in Section 3 does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANIGIRL IDLE RPG, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice if you violate these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account. To request account deletion, contact us at support@anigirl.app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you downloaded AniGirl Idle RPG from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and AniGirl Idle RPG only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Service.
• In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the Service, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

If you downloaded AniGirl Idle RPG from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and AniGirl Idle RPG only. Google is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
