AniGirl Idle RPG (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the AniGirl Idle RPG mobile application and associated website. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy.

Information you provide directly:

• Account information: username, email address, and password (hashed)
• Profile settings: avatar selection, avatar frame, language preference
• Age gate confirmation (we record that you are 13 or older; we do not store your exact date of birth unless you choose to provide it)
• Support communications: messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• App usage data: screens visited, features used, battle history, session length
• Game-state data: hero roster, squad configuration, stage progress, currency balances
• Crash reports and error logs
• IP address and general geographic region (country-level only)

Information from third-party services:

• Purchase receipts from Apple App Store or Google Play (we receive a transaction confirmation; we do not receive or store your payment card details)
• RevenueCat subscription and entitlement data used to manage in-app purchases

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver, maintain, and improve the game and its features
• Process in-app purchases and verify entitlements
• Provide customer support
• Detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse
• Send transactional notifications (e.g., account security alerts) where you have opted in

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — providing the game and account services you requested
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and service improvement (where not overridden by your rights)
• Legal obligation — complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Consent — for optional communications or features requiring explicit opt-in (you may withdraw consent at any time)

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors that help us operate the game, including cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting (e.g., Firebase / Crashlytics), and in-app purchase management (RevenueCat). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• App store platforms: Apple and Google receive purchase and entitlement data as part of their respective billing services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: If AniGirl Idle RPG is acquired or merged, user data may be transferred to the new entity subject to the same protections as this policy.

AniGirl Idle RPG is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. All users must confirm they are 13 or older at first launch. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

For users aged 13–17, we recommend parental involvement, particularly regarding in-app purchases. Parental consent mechanisms are provided in accordance with applicable platform policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes (e.g., purchase records required for tax compliance, which we retain for up to 7 years).

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data (which cannot be traced back to you) may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS for all data in transit, and access controls limiting who can view personal data internally. Game-state data is stored locally on your device using Hive (an encrypted, no-SQL store) and synced to our servers over encrypted connections.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The game may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as app store pages). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data outside the EEA or UK we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email (if you have provided one) at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published.

Continued use of AniGirl Idle RPG after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
