Go to Settings → Account and link your account to an email address. If you lose access, contact support with your registered email and we will verify your identity and restore access.

First, try restarting the app. Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and can take a few minutes to arrive. If the item hasn't appeared within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction receipt.

Your active squad earns gold and occasionally drops equipment while the app is closed. The chest becomes available after approximately 8 hours. Gold is calculated as: team size × minutes elapsed × 5 gold/min.

Prestige lets you voluntarily reset your stage progress in exchange for a permanent stat multiplier (HP, ATK, DEF, SPD). Each of the 10+ tiers grants increasing bonuses and unlocks additional game content.

Heroes are unlocked through the Daily Reward schedule (day 10 and day 20 rewards), Season Pass milestones, special Achievements, and occasionally through the Shop. They are not obtained via the Lamp system — the Lamp only drops equipment.

AniGirl currently supports English, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese. Switch languages at any time via Settings → Language.

Yes. The core game is completely free. Optional in-app purchases include gem packs, resource bundles, and an Ad-Free subscription. No gameplay-critical content is paywalled.

You must be at least 13 years old to play AniGirl Idle RPG. Parental guidance is recommended for players under 18 due to in-app purchase functionality.

You start each day with up to 5 Arena tickets. Each battle consumes one ticket. Tickets regenerate over time and can also be purchased in the Shop. Winning Arena matches earns ranking points and exclusive rewards.
